The best way to work in the corporate world is to Bring Your Whole Self to Work!
Yet, we find it difficult to do so.
The easiest things which can be communicated openly become the most difficult conversations.
Why is it so difficult for us to open up?
Is it the trust issues we have or is the fear derived from the past experiences that hold us back?
Do we express what we feel, or we let it bottle up only to explode and haunt us in the coming future?
Can we be more accessible as individuals?
Happiness is not a function of your circumstances, but a function of outlook on life.
Yet, why do we wear the mask portraying that everything is okay?
How prone and susceptible are we from the inside?
Great expectations are evidence of great respect for the person. Yet, the burden of expectations pulls us down!
The duality needs to be traversed, and individuals should be mindful of themselves.
