Windows startup

There are two types of startup entries. Ones that are applicable at the entire local machine level and the other at user specific level.

1. 1. Local machine level entries
      Hit ⊞ Win+R and type in shell: common startup
2. User level entries
   Hit ⊞ Win+R and type in shell:startup
